Made with the best part of the chicken: the thigh!

Sometimes a simple chicken sandwich is hard to beat. I seasoned them with Lawry's salt and pepper, grilled them direct over KBB, and we put mayo on the buns and some oven-roasted asparagus on the side.







And then my wife went COMPLETELY OUT OF HER MIND!!
