Chicken Sammies

First some sweet peppers and some mushrooms.

Pounded out 4 SBCB seasoned with some Chef Meritos, then dredged in some flour, egg wash, panko and Parmesan cheese mixture. Cut the chicken to make sandwiches and nuggets then on the grill.

My Sandwich. Toasted bun with melted Pepper Jack cheese, chipotle mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato.

im learning that as well! the cool thing is.... with the great food that i have been learning to make, i find myself not finding any good reasons to go out to eat.

Excellent John! Breaded chicken is new to me on the grill also, but the ones I did the other day came out perfect! Great pictures!
 
I'd buy one of those. After seeing this... I know I'm going to be disappointed with any chicken sammich I buy for lunch today.
