Actually I don't. It had something (a Mexican name/term) on the packaging but I didn't pay much attention but I do believe there was a lot of paprika in the rub which would account for the nice color.

75 minutes @ 350 degrees indirect and then placed direct for a couple of minutes to crisp up the skin.
