Chicken Quarters

Hey guys! I have some chicken quarters marinating in a ginger/soy sauce I made, and was wondering about which method is most preferred using the WSM... Water pan? no water pan? High Heat? Low Heat?

What are some of the great ways to cook this tonight? Time is not an issue..

Hi Tim, I like using the WSM without the waterpan in place and getting the dome temp to 350-400ºF.
It's like grillin' chicken without worrying about flare-ups. the bird gets done and the skin is great!
However you cook it, enjoy it!
