Mine is with capers and artichokes (Costco in a jar). I usually do mushrooms but one guest is mushrooms averse so arti’s won. And they’re quite delish!

Looks great! That’s one of my favorite dishes. When we were both working, Michael Angelo’s frozen version was one of our go to quick weekday meals. Got it at Sam’s, great product. We’d always do a side of pasta with it. Hasn’t been available for a couple years now.

No! Don’t eat boxed food! Piccata is such a fast and easy meal to make. 30 mins to 40, if you’re slow.

The verdict was that artis were better than shrooms. I agreed and it’s also less knifing for the chef. This is the new goto. Pick up the Costco jarred artis hearts. I use them on pizzasa, this piccata and also in pasta dishes. And in a Caesar too.
