Chicken Nacos for Cinco de Mayo - Late!

I know Cinco de Mayo was celebrated yesterday but as the saying goes, "If you can't get here on time, just get here when you can!" Not real happy with the 'action' shots but they ended up tasting great!

Only shot I took of the grill...the camera on was Night Scene....sorry!

Plated...made a bed of lettuce in the middle, topped with pico and sour cream, quartered the toastadas and added a fresh slice of jalapeno to each...placed around edges!

Oh yea. Love me some nachos and those look great!! Hopefully had a few Pacificos with those!

Very yummy looking panchos you made there Wayne. Once you add beans they are nachos no more they become panchos.

Thanks for all the responses! I truly was not going to post the pics...I thought they were 'that' bad. Guess I'm my own worst critic.
