Chicken Legs on the Performer

Some pics of one of my cooks on my grill when I first got it a few years back. I love me some chicken legs! Marinated in a BBQ Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Crushed Garlic mixture and cooked indirect on a leg rack.

Those legs do look good, nice color on them!!! Did you use any smoking wood or is that color all from the marinade?

Thanks. Mostly from the marinade but I did use a tennis ball chunk of Apple that I split in half and burned on each bank of coals..

Home Depot... I've seen it at Academy Sports and at Wally World too.. I have 2 of them. Best way I have found to cook drumsticks and always get perfect results.. The skin comes out perfect too cooking them this way.

Thanks.. I can usually get it to hold around 375-385 and they finish in 1 - 1.5 hours.
