Chicken Leg Quarters and Rabbit Food

Chicken leg quarters with the front two coated with olive oil and seasoned with John Henry’s Cilantro Chipotle with lime rub. The back three were coated with olive oil and seasoned with John Henry’s Sugar Maple rub.

Put on the grill with a couple of pecan chunks. The two with the toothpicks are the Cilantro Chipotle.

Reverse sear to get them a little crispier.

Off the grill and going to rest while the salad is prepared.

Plated with a nice dinner salad and some mini peppers with chipotle bacon dip.

Nice and delicious meal. Both John Henry’s are new rubs to us and we liked them both. But, I still prefer Penzeys BBQ 3000 and 33rd and Galena on my chicken.
