Sunday, marinated a spatchcock yardbird in Goya Mojo Criollo and Mojo Picante

on a large cast iron skillet indirect in a 400ºF plus 26" Weber OTG

'bout an hour later, the bird was cooked.

Monday, a coupla large pork rib chops were marinated and then seasoned with Uncle Bob's Chili Margarita

Wednesday, found some Nathan's a lota folks have been talking about...
so I bought'em. also grilled up some Jacob's Brats from Appleton Wisconsin....

Jim, this was not fair! My wife won't have dinner going for a few more hours and you have made me very hungry. Looks great. Thanks for inviting all of us.
 
Damn Jim! You got room for one more in your house? I may be able to put up with Wisconsin and all the Packer fans with food like that!
 
I had a cute rodent like yours in the garden this year, the little s**t was a pain in the a**! Always diggin' where seeds or transplants had been planted, grazing on the new growth if he happen to miss a seed, mowing down young plants... I set some traps - never got him. A cat or a hawk must have, we haven't seen 'em for awhile.

Oh yeah, the food looks good, REAL GOOD! You are the Master of the grill and camera, Jim. Thanks for sharing.

Brian, a 5 gallon bucket half full of water with sunflower seeds in it will work better that any trap.
