we'll correct that now.
Sunday, marinated a spatchcock yardbird in Goya Mojo Criollo and Mojo Picante
on a large cast iron skillet indirect in a 400ºF plus 26" Weber OTG
'bout an hour later, the bird was cooked.
added asparagus...
cast iron skillet taters too and dinner was served.
a few chive buds were also sautéed to join the fun...

Monday, a coupla large pork rib chops were marinated and then seasoned with Uncle Bob's Chili Margarita
a few rustica peppers sliced...
