My wife wanted some Chicken Chili since it's been so cold here. Ambient temps dropped to 60* as I finished this cook. Burr....

Grilled two huge chicken breasts.

Better bundle up Robert. Don't want to catch cold in that nasty weather. Love to have a bowl of that. That Red Stripe must be a SC beer. Never seen it up on this end.

That looks good! I've been checking out (& making) all kinds of soups lately too.

That looks like a deeper than normal skillet, it it the chicken fryer?

Boy that chili looks good. Barb and I are going to do a new burger recipe tonight. It' s going to get down into the 50s when I'm out there grilling, but I'll bundle up and hopefully be okay.
Wonder how long it will be before the wonderful forum members that live where Nanook of the North resides will be putting out a contract on us folks that keep posting how nice our weather is where were at

Thanks, Cliff.

Red Stripe is ChuckO's favorite beer. He drinks it exclusively while vacationing in Jamaica. To honor him, I put it in the chili. :p

Thanks Clint.

It's a Lodge 10" deep skillet. Also have a 12" one . They are real handy - also real heavy.

Great looking chili Robert - I like the idea of using grilled meat in a chili - very creative...

Regards,

John

Chicken Chile and a few Redstripe's on a somewhat chilly night, that will warm the innards.
Looks great..Have to give that a try Robert.
