Chill the prepped chicken to help bind the breadcrumbs.

Safflower oil at 375 F

Hold the cooked fingers at 170F

Whisk eggs into the melted butter and get it very frothy.

Then whisk in the milk then add dry over wet.

Don't overmix the batter, and let it rest 20 to 30 mins.

Do you add anything like syrup or gravy?
I like honey butter with chicken and waffles or a savory gravy .
