I do chicken similar to that. Try jamming the herbs and marinade under the skin some time - it is great.

The cake is spectacular. The 2-3 times I tried making a cake it looked like a garbage truck ran over it.

Were you happy with Simpson winning the Open? I have watched him play since he was at Wake. His grandfather was one of my senior golf group (he passed away 2 years ago at 91 and was playing golf until his last 6 weeks). Webb Simpson is named after my friend (Fred Webb).

His grandfather took me to see young Webb play at 6 different tournaments and I got to meet him and know him a bit - a fantastic young man. His ambition was to be the best golfer he can for as long as he can, and then he will become a minister. A really nice role model for folks.
