Chicken All Wrapped Up!

Got this idea from a friend. Butterfly some chicken breasts, add some cheese, and a little jalapeno if you wish. As we all know a little bacon makes everything better.

On the Performer they go with some pecan wood for smoke.(btw the one with the tooth pick in it is mine. It has the jalapenos)

Now that was some GOOOD chicken! It reminded me of ABT's but with chicken.

I just let it go as high as it wants to. around 350-400
