Chicken 2 Ways, Corn 2 Ways, and 1 Tomato 1 Way.

Chicken thighs with Galina street rub and two paillards of chicken breast with a dusting of northwoods rub and a spritz of lemon juice (the missus won't eat thighs).
Corn... two in foil one elote style. Field greens and one delicious cherry tomato from the ghetto garden.
I used KB with a handful of wet mesquite chips. (Not my 1st wood choice for chicken, but it worked out nicely). I went without sauce this time and, again, was pleasantly surprised by the flavor.

Loner tomato In the ghetto garden... Good news is there are plenty of little green tomatoes and flowers on that plant.

Thighs and foiled corn are about ready, so the paillards and elote go over the coals.

Nice looking cook!! The skin on the thighs looks perfect!!
Love all of Penzey's stuff but haven't tried the Galina Street Rub yet. After looking at this meal, I think that'll change real soon.
