Cheesy Bacon Brats and Dogs with Mini Peppers

Inspired by a BBQ Pit Boys Video on cheesy
dogs, decided to give it a shot my way. The players for tonight:

Brats and dogs wrapped in center cut bacon and seasoned with Penzeys BBQ 3000.

Put onto the grill with 1 chunk of pecan.

Peppers added to the grill. Brats and Dogs looking good, almost ready for the cheese!

Cheese added to the brats and dogs.

Brats, dogs and peppers done.

My plate with some onion, diced jalapeno and spicy mustard on the brat. Served with a side of potato salad.

A most simple, but delicious Thursday night meal.
