Peppers, onions, provolone and a very thin sirloin steaks cut into strips...and one uncut for the little one.
Onions first.
Then the steak, cooked in two batches.
Stuffing ready.
Provolone on the bottom, then a layer of the steak and onions, then a half slice of provolone...
...then another layer of the steak and onions, and finally a full slice of provolone on top.
On for about 20 minutes, rotating around a few times.
Toasting some oiled French bread.
Plated.
Next time we'll fill them all the way up
Pretty good!
Have a great night!
