Cheese Steak Sandwiches

Got two ribeyes placed them in the freezer a bit to firm up and took a fillet knife and thinly sliced them


Placed the meat in a ziplock bag and Worcestershire sauce to marinate in the fridge for about a half hour.


Onto the flat top


Then added a handful of chopped onion


Stuffed some French rolls


Added some Provolone cheese


Dig in!!!
 
probably some of the best I've seen.... could you add bell peppers and mushrooms to mine?
 
John you nailed that one, but where is the bell peppers and mushrooms!!!;) You have to have them.
