Today is National Cheese Day so I figured might as well celebrate with a cheese steak.

Sliced up a couple of top sirloin steaks and split the batch in two and grilled direct.

When done I chopped up the steak even finer.

heated some California Yukon taters and some breaded Mozzarella sticks.

Hollowed out and Italian loaf and placed on the grill. I sauteed some onion, peppers and mushrooms in my wok but forgot to take a pic. Here they are going on the bread.

Oooh baybee! That looks major-league yummay!

All it needed was an icy-cold beer to wash it down

Man O Man!! That's the best looking sandwich I've seen in a loooong time! I have got to try to duplicate that.. and Great pics too! Are you a food stylist or What??

Excellent cook John! Man it would take be two days to eat it and I would look forward to the second meal just as much as the first.

That's a fine cheesesteak for a Californian, and no - I'm not near Philly. Did you really just make frozen cheesesticks on the grill, too?
