After my slow-smoking marathon cook yesterday, it was nice to make something quick on the gas grill. Here we go...

Prep work for the Hasselbacks...





All set with the potatoes...





The burgers hit the grill...





Flare-ups galore...





The finished cheeseburger, topped with colby jack cheese, grilled red onions, and a "special sauce" of Sriracha & mayo...
