Nice documentation Jerome! With that knife you could have sliced chip! Whats the seasoning on the taters?

Hey Tim,

The seasoning on the potatoes was made of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper, parsley, and a little paprika. Basting the potatoes with an obnoxious amount of melted butter didn't hurt either.
