Nice price on the tri-tip Chuck.
Our local Smart and Final in Danville has about the same price if I buy a jumbo pack of 5 or so.
I might pick one up before I head back up north in a few days.

I did a tri-tip last night that cost $35 and had a little over a 1/2” fat cap I had to trim down.
It was just under $10 per pound or so.
