Cheap eats...


 
Nice lookin piccadillo. Tony, do you guys ever make chiles rellenos? It's probably my favorite dish at the local restaurant, but seems like too much of a PITA to make at home. Thoughts? Recipes?
 
Tony, my man........... bring on the burn, I would imagine the beef and tomato sauce would tame the heat. (sure whatever you say)
 
Looks delicious. How long does it have to cook? Definitely a good idea for those busy evenings.

Takes about 20 min or so. First the ground beef cooks with the chiles. Then half way on the cook add the onions and tomato sauce. Season to your liking.

We do them on occasion. I don't like them to much but that's Maribels favorite. I will ask and see if she can do some on the weber.
 
Awesome Mr.T! Will try this...When i cook mexican it always comes with a bag of mixed spices. Dont venture to mutch. You give me some asome simple ideas...And that your kids eats more spicy food then i can handle...WOW! Great post!
