Originally was going to break in the WSM with some ribs, but woke up to light rain
and weatherman said showers throughout the day. Of course he was wrong, sun came out and
was beautiful all afternoon, but too late to due a 'proper test'. So, I fell back on a standby, chicken
patti's on the gasser.
Started some diced red potato, quartered shrooms, and onion in the CI skillet,
S & P, Garlic & Onion Powder, and some Ancho Chili Powder:
Spiced the chicken patti's with the same blend:
Patti's on the grill:
Plated up with a few cherry tomatoes:
Not what I'd planned for today, but a good meal anyhow.
