Cevishe on the Side

So felt like a little something special tonight, picked up two nice Cod Fillets and some fresh Gulf Shrimp
Did it two ways, one fillets with Chef Merito Pescado and half diced up with half the shrimp for Cevishe. The rest of the shrimp done with Old Bay and some granulated garlic.

After close to an hour in the fridge the Cevishe was cooked nice, diced tomatoes with a little green chili's Kosher and Black Pepper, abd some finely sliced Cilantro and some nice fresh mango diced in at the end
