The wife actually got 2 t-bones and this is the second one we cooked. This one has a nice tenderloin on it and the first one had an even bigger tenderloin. Anyway here is the beef.

After 3-4 minutes a side on direct I pulled it off to the side
Pulled at 129 for the rest
After 5+ minutes at rest we are at 136
