it was a late dinner Friday, liz closed her store later than usual...
not really a sunset, butt a sun-glazed sky. Quite gorgeous, nonetheless...

A large cast iron skillet was used to start this evening's dinner for grill/fried potatoes and onions.

salt and pepper and adobo seasoned...

a coupla chuck eyes make a quick dinner easy...

Simply seasoned the meat with Penzey's Chicago Steak and more fresh ground pepper...

melted a little cheddar and mozzarella on the taters & onions...

the steak was grilled perfectly...

...and the cheesy potatoes were just right with the chuck eyes!

A Great start to what appears to be a Fine weekend, and I hope yours is progressing perfectly as well!

So a bashed my old one with my fist and it started working

Wow missed this post too! I have no clue what the title says but the chuckies and taters looks awesome! Actually that is my ultimate favorite way to make taters but I get vetoed out quite a bit(gotta keep the boss happy!) looks like a real good meal! Love the CI with the cut off handle!
