Hey all, yet another Weber recipe - Cedar-Planked Salmon with Coriander-Citrus Glaze

This is probably my third weber recipe in as many cooks and all of them have been money, so I keep going back to the well without disappointment. So here is today's cook

Quite the grilling collaboration, James! The action shot of the finished salmon on the plank is my favorite photo...just the perfect amount of browning.

that looks real good James. I just started cooking with Coriander.......funny, I think I brewed with it before I cooked with it :)

Nice plank.

Man that is one great looking post!!! Every picture made this meal look better and better, you two make a great team!!!

I'll be up front with you James, I don't want cedar (or rosemary) touching anything I plan to eat.
But your cook is beautiful, and as far as the dessert? Count me in!!

Bob, I will keep this in mind when I have you over for dinner. Have a good day my friend.
