SWMBO made it back safe and we had a nice dinner to celebrate her return. The Salmon was rubbed with salt, pepper, sugar, and herbes de provence then glazed with apple juice reduction and whole grain mustard. The scallops were rubbed with Cajun seasoning and pepper and sauced with a butter and pepper sauce mixture. The pasta was from a bag.

It was a very nice meal cooked completely on the Kettle.

Though the photos were kinda blurry it was a nice looking plate. And tasted fantastic.

I grill salmon on a plank every chance I get. As far as I am concerned that is a great way to do it. I always end up with moist, tasty, salmon with wonderful texture. Left overs are WONDERFUL cold on sour cream and crackers/toast.

Meal looks wonderful!

Good job, as usual!
