Cedar-Planked Potato Salad and Drumsticks

I didn't have a lot of time on Sunday so I had to do a quick cook for dinner.

Prepared cedar planked potatos with rosemary on top of the planks. Potatos are tossed in EVVO and then salt and pepper.

Drum sticks marinated in EVVO, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, fresh rosemary, fresh parsley, red pepper flakes, over night.

Enjoying a beer and watching the potatos cook, got the performer upto 500 and the potatos took about 20 minutes.

Time for the chicken to go on the grill.

Chicken is amost done....took about 20 minutes to get an internal temp of 175.

Tossed the grilled potatos with cherries, celery, hazelnuts and tossed with a vinaigrette dressing.
