Turkey bacon ready to go onto the Performer.

Bacon put on the Performer using RO lump and a couple chunks of mesquite. Foiled corn on the
cob joining the bacon.

Chicken sliders getting ready to go into the freezer for about 15 minutes to firm up. These were
easy to make.

Here is my quick recipe:

1 pound ground white chicken
½ cup minced onion
½ cup homemade BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon table salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
A dab of homemade BBQ rub on each

Bacon is done.

Chicken patties into the CI skillet.

Chicken patties are done.

Corn is done.

Added some hickory smoked cheddar to the patties and then the bacon.

Plated with cucumber/tomato/onion salad.

A real delicious and somewhat healthy meal tonight. This is the first time I have ever attempted
ground Chicken patties and they came out awesome.

Thanks for looking!

Looks really tasty Mike! Never tryed BB´s(bird burgers) But i bet they were great. Can you tell me a bit how you cook the corn? Looks really nice. Have an awesome weekend Buddy!

Thanks Daniel! All I did with the corn was coat the chicken with butter and then wrap in foil. They took about 40 minutes to finish.
The only seasoning I added was some Mrs. Dash Table Blend after I put it on my plate. It was really sweet and delicious. Not mushy at all.

Thanks everyone for your kind words. :)
John - no problems at all. I just put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes and let
them firm up. Put them in the CI and left them alone for about 10 minutes, then flipped them.
I was concerned about them falling apart without a "binder", but they were just fine.

Mike, great idea. I wonder if Chris could add this to the Healthy Grilling section. I'm definitely going to give this a try!
