Had a 3 lb bone in pork butt in freezer... Found this at local BiG Bird (I used the MOle before and loved it , this stuff was Great as well)



Used the sear burner on The Summit (rubbed with penzeys Arizona dreamin and even put a few shreds of cherry in the smoke burner)

Added the packet and finished inside in oven for 2 hours til fork tender basting and turning every 30-40 minutes



Clean bone



Shredded, skimmed the fat and mixed it all up... Served with a homemade vinegar slaw on corn tirtillas

These were really good but need a salsa/jalapeño kick next time





I must say I had 7 of these....
