Tony you must have a cast iron gut wow

To be honest pace hot picante sauce is hotter. The peppers get cut by alot when adding the water and tomato sauces and tomatoes. If this was a regular hot sauce no water would be added but maybe a little to get it to blend in the blender....
 
Excellent looking dish Tony!!! I have made this with chuck, never thought to give carne asada a try, great idea!
