Carne asada tacos!!

Howdy folks!!! Tacos sounded really good tonight! I found this at my local Costco and thought we would give it a shot!!!

Here is the skirt steak!! Flame licked and a bit of hickory for flavor!

And just then the strangest thing showed up! A great light from the sky?? Not sure what the heck it was? Surely not the sun? Let me know if you know what it might be!!

Well what ever the yellow thing is its sure messing with my photos!

Had to move inside! That big bright light in the sky is just too much!

Troy the flavor was very good! I didn't even think about that when I posted! Seared for a few minutes each side with a bit of hickory and then moved indirect and let it simmer with the rest of the juices while the tortillas warmed up! Not the best I have had but for an easy quick taco nite it was perfect!!
