I still need some practice but this was my best yet. I seasoned the meat lightly on both sides with Onion Powder, Black Pepper, some oregano my wife's mom brought from Colombia, Goya Adobo. Then I added a half bottle of Corona and the juice of 3 limes, and 3tangerines. Let that marinade for a few hours then off to the kettle.
