Carne asada Street Tacos!

I am a big fan of tacos. Meat in between a fresh tortilla tastes good every day of the week. Tonight, I grilled up some quality carne asada meat from our neighborhood grocery store.


We marinate in fresh lime juice, soy, orange juice, garlic and spices....and of course Chef Merito carne seasoning...effin the best!


Awwwww it smells so good right about now....


The mobile work station (Mr. Lampe has the same one)....works great as I enjoy grilling in a couple areas of my backyard....


Grilled green onions for munchies...






Putting it all together....I ended up having 7 street tacos with all the fixins'....and we have leftovers!
