Still debating on getting one of these... have to talke to the SWMBO for permission.. I am getting (i asked Santa) a Hanging Rack for the WSM to smoke meats on... Hopefully for Fathers Day or B'day I can get one ....

Me too, but I have to do that behind my bride's back. Otherwise it gets warmed in the Comal or frying pan. Fried in oil is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo GOOD!

Oh I agree. I got through college making chicken or shrimp fajitas/taco like that. 35-45 secs on each side. Bueno
