Carne Asada Bean Dip Supreme+...

There are a few newer Weber's that I like and keep but all of the old classic ones I restore I keep. I don't know how long I'll be able to keep that up LOL.
The newer ones that I restore I sell or donate to families in need. The ones I do sell bring in more than enough money for my own personal restoration grills and all the parts to go with them and all the tools I need. So it's nice that it's a hobby that more than pays for itself.

That’s one heck of a spread there Josh.
I would catch the Seattle ferry for a plate of that 👍.
Thanks Andy!
I'm at my other place in Arizona right now but with the Absolutely amazing food you post on here I'd catch a ferry or drive around and up the peninsula for a plate of your fantastic food also!

Everything looks great Josh. I keep toying with the idea of making my own salsa. I really like salsa Verde, and I actually found a store brand that I really like at Aldi of all places.

Picked up some Ranchera/Carne Asada at my favorite Mexican grocery store. I let it marinate in the fridge for 3 days. Grilled in up on my Genesis Jr. 3 pieces at a time also grilled onions, peppers, tomatoes and tomatillos for making Salsa for my bean dip supreme and street tacos. Oh also made some guacamole. Have nabors over for the feast.View attachment 118647View attachment 118649View attachment 118644View attachment 118650View attachment 118651View attachment 118643View attachment 118645View attachment 118646View attachment 118652View attachment 118648View attachment 118653View attachment 118657View attachment 118663View attachment 118664View attachment 118660View attachment 118661View attachment 118658View attachment 118656View attachment 118665View attachment 118659
Now that's what I call a feast!
