Thanks Darryl!! My wife and I I enjoy making different types of food together. Making our Salsa from scratch has been a game changer for our Mexican food. We can make it exactly how we like it. Garlicky, Smoky and Hot.. now we're caning it so we can make big batches last longer.
We go back and forth from Washington State to Arizona and our Mexican grocery stores are much different from one place to another. The one in Arizona closer to the Mexican border is much larger with much more authentic varieties. It's kind of like a meat market / grocery store. They even have large rotisserie barbecue going in the parking lot.
