Cantastic Stuffed Chile Burgers

[SE Davis]

Hey I went for the easy fix dinner last night.
Grabbed what was on hand.

Made the patties up with peperoni, cheddar, and green chiles inside. Seasoned with salt and cracked black.

Getting some flame from the Performer.

And a little rest.

Plated with Mrs. Nalley on a grilled bun.

And another for you.
