It's been awhile since I've posted a cook. Been pretty busy trying to get my mobile smokehouse food trailer up and running. But being a true Canadian yesterday was all about friends, family, BBQ and Booze! And I actually remembered to snap a few pics!
I did some Dino bones, Roadside chicken, and ATB's on the smokers. No pic's of the side dishes though.
Had to start with a Caesar after all the prep was done
My new favorite butcher cut the awesome beef ribs for me,
All snug on one of the smokers the massive rack is on the lower rack and was the one I saved for leftovers
No pic's of the poppers going on but here they are about ready to come off, these we done on the second smoker,
And while every one munched on those, I did 2 loads of Roadside chicken thighs on my 3rd smoke, with the water bowl removed,
Then the ribs came off and I din't get any more pics, but man was it all good!
And one pic of the three work horses,
