Can you guess what burger this is?


 
I am from Canada but I am going to take a shot here.
I have been to the states and ate fast food chains but only remember one in particular.
It was pretty good if I remember right.
6 dollar burger from Carl Jr's?
I see there is a top secret recipe online if you wanted to try it out.
 
The picture is so nice it looks like it was professionally photographed.
And you rarely post pics of the food you made.
I am gonna guess you did not make this at your house.

Well, that burger doesn’t look like ground beef to me. The color looks a bit off. Going to guess that it is an exotic cut of meat. Armadillo?
 
Good guess Chuck, but if you check the recipe BACK on the beef thread, you will find that it is probably the ground ham in it making the color a little off.
