I just purchase the Weber rotisserie for my Searwood XL. I’m wondering if/how I can use the temperature probe without it getting twisted up while rotating?
Ed, I'm afraid any temperature probe with a wire on it is going to get coiled up by your rotisserie. My best advice is to use the force and check your meat with a regular probe until it's done. If you really want to continuously monitor the meat temp (like a wireless temperature probe would) there are several different brands of wireless temp probes. Meater was probably the first one, then Typhur, and now Thermoworks has one they're offering. They are not "new tech". Don't ask me what brands I recommend, I have one but haven't used it much because I like to use the force
