Calzones

[John Solak]

First a pepperoni and cheese pizza for one of my Sons.

Then some chicken wings seasoned with some Mad Hunky Chicken Wang rub.

and then some California blend veggies cooked on the wok that were seasoned with some Cajun seasoning and finished with a couple pats of butter.

Finally the calzones. Filled with some peperoni, ham, sauteed onion and mushrooms, sliced green olives that were stuffed with jalapenos and mozzarella cheese. I forgot to take a pic of the filling before I sealed them up.

For the calzones, did you just cook them on indirect? What do you think the temperature was, in your estimation?

I cooked them indirect the whole time and my dome temp was around 400*F
