Here's another indoor cook we did. Shrimp soup. No grill involved sorry but hopefully you guys will enjoy and try it.
This recipe is by no means traditional. But again I gave a bowl to my mom and she said it was great and wanted the recipe. This is so easy to make. Traditional way has more work different shrimp is used and not peeled and lots of extras.
Here we go.
Start with 3 cubes of the shrimp knorr and 1/2 onion. Medium heat. This was done on our Dutch oven.

We used this shrimps. They are already Devained no shell and ready to go. But remove the tail.
We cut up 4 carrots,5 celery,2 Mexican squash

When it starts to boil add your veggies.

15-20 minutes later check if the carrots are soft.... add your shrimp then bring to a boil again and it's done.

Plated with chopped cilantro and onion. Squeeze of lime and a few splashes of habanero salsa.

Thanks for looking
