Butcher Paper wrapping disaster

This picture reveals an error with two serious consequences.
Slabs always given to the same dinner of steaks burned.
So you can see the butcher paper to the right of the slab that instead come under the slab of right it 'sticks' to sneak under the slab of the left.
Result found (guaranteed by the process of unpacking strictly monitored):
- Slab of left underdone ie tenacious bite so obviously abnormal. Underdone as it has undergone a layer unintentionally excessive paper;
- Slab on the right that is grossly overdone exfoliated during cutting. Overdone caused by a layer lower than necessary.

I missed this.
But let's move on. Always.

Wow, I would never have though that would make that big a difference. I bought a giant roll of the stuff. I haven't done that many cooks with it. I've done one rack of ribs and they turned out good. Definitely cooks differntly than foil.

Sorry about that Enrico :(

But hey, thanks for the heads up. I've yet to do butcher paper, I've only done the one parchment paper, but I was very happy with it. I'm back hooked on wrapping ribs again, just not ever using foil. From now on butcher or parchment paper, no foil
