Burnt Ends Recipe.


 
I have done four searches now and can't seem to find what I am looking for.

I have a brisket point, chopped, and am not sure how to 'burnt end' it....without potentially destroying it...

I have a foil container and will just toss them all in there and let them go to town....

Anyone got a recipe for point burnt ends?

I'm assuming hat the point is already cooked. Just reseason it with your favorite rub and cook the chopped point for a couple of hours. Then you can add sauce and enjoy!
