I wasn't going to post this mediocre cook. But once I realized I didn't have my usual ingredients I said why not it will be fun. :p

Got some ground beef and next then mixed in one egg salt-and-pepper. Crush some Ritz crackers with sone chopped onion. I know it's weird.

Kids loved the burgers and that what counts.
Thanks for looking

Looks great Tony. Could you taste the Ritz in the burgers?

No.
I did it because my mom would use bread crumbs. I'm no expert but when I use onion and breadcrumbs inbmy burger mix they seem to come out more juicy and flavorful.

Nothing weird about adding Ritz. We use crushed Cheezits in our meatloaf. Any cracker product would work great in ground beef for burgers or meatloaf.

Tony, years ago I had to do the same and grabbed a hand full of ritz and crused em into the burger mix. Brought rave reviews!
Have used them ever since, I just crush with my fist even the big chunks blend into the mix and are unseen once cooked. People don't believe me when they are woofin them down. Even in my smash burgers!

Don't never:confused: ever:confused: call a burger cook mediocre, never ever.:p Ok, maybe that store bought bread:p is and maybe those fries, but not the combo;);):)............................d
