Burgers for lunch steak for dinner.

Had some meat in the fridge I needed to use up so I decided to grill some burgers for lunch.

I seasoned some 90/10 ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder and penzeys 4S. For the toppings I cut up some red onion, lettuce, campari tomatoes and some habanero jack cheese I smoked last weekend.

For dinner I cooked up some T bone steaks, potatoes and a salad.

Seasoned steaks with just salt and pepper.

Jason. Very nice beef double header. Those steaks are marbled very very nicely I bet they were good. Great cooks.

that's a great price and those steaks look like they have some good marbling to them. Not bad for a supermarket. Great cooking.
 
A couple of really nice meals Jason!!! Marbling does look really good on those steaks. I usually don't buy T bones, at the grocery store, they always rip you off on the filet Mignon side.
