Burgers for first night of playoffs lastnight !

First night of the NHL playoffs so I thought grilled stuffed burgers, sadly my team lost but the burgers were very delicious !
I fried up some fresh garlic, onions and mushrooms as a base. A layer of cheese curds on top of that and then finished with jalapeno peppers. Sealed all in lean ground beef and a steak rub as icing
